About the Speaker:Dr. Linda van den Heever holds a PhD in Zoology from the University of Pretoria, focusing on lead poisoning in South Africa’s Gyps vultures. After a successful corporate career, she shifted her focus to her true passion—conservation. Since 2013, Linda has been with BirdLife South Africa and currently serves as the Species Conservation Programme Manager.
